The city bursts with lush greenery, offering a fresh, serene, and utterly inviting atmosphere. And let’s not forget the endless seas of flowers—fragrant, vibrant, and dazzlingly beautiful!

Shenzhen Morcontrol Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is proudly located in this beautiful city, and right now, Morcontrol (MORC®) is hosting its grand and festive annual gala at the company’s headquarters. Excited beyond words, colleagues arrived early to sign in and capture memorable moments at the event venue. The company has thoughtfully prepared cheerful red scarves for everyone, symbolizing good fortune and bright hopes for the coming year. These vibrant red scarves have already brought everyone closer together—after all, red is the color most cherished by the Chinese people. And as the lively music kicks off, it perfectly sets the tone for what promises to be an unforgettable celebration!

When life is filled with joyful moments, one naturally feels invigorated and uplifted. On this particularly cheerful occasion, Mr. Mo Rong, Chairman and General Manager of MORC®, delighted everyone by singing a heartfelt song, sparking quite a "fuss" and leaving us all amazed at how effortlessly graceful, approachable, and down-to-earth the company’s leader truly is!

The MORC® (MoKong) Annual Gala officially kicked off amid high anticipation from our colleagues—finally, the moment everyone had been eagerly waiting for had arrived. First, Mr. Mo Rong, General Manager of MORC®, delivered the opening speech at the annual meeting. He began by expressing gratitude to all employees for their hard work and dedication, emphasizing that it’s precisely because of everyone’s collective efforts that the company has achieved such remarkable success. "We’re committed," he continued, "to continuing to provide you with an outstanding work environment and ample opportunities for growth, ensuring that every team member can thrive and fulfill their full potential here. At the same time, we owe a heartfelt thank-you to the era we live in, which has gifted us with countless opportunities. Moving forward, we’ll seize each one of these chances with determination, relentlessly pursuing our vision for long-term, sustainable growth. In closing, Mr. Mo Rong’s inspiring words ignited a renewed sense of passion and confidence among everyone present. Next, we held a grand award ceremony. Though each role involves different responsibilities, the event highlighted a group of outstanding core employees—individuals who excel in their abilities and demonstrate exceptional management skills. They show genuine care for their team members, foster unity across the company, and remain diligent and dedicated to their duties with unwavering loyalty. Publicly recognizing their hard work is both a gesture of respect and affirmation for their tireless efforts, inspiring these top performers while also encouraging everyone else to strive for excellence. The subsequent performances by our talented colleagues continued to elevate the festive atmosphere of the annual gathering to a thrilling climax. A heartfelt rendition of "My Future Is Not a Dream" perfectly captured the essence of youth as our driving force, with hard work lighting the path to hope—and ultimately, success. Meanwhile, a lively dance performance titled "Subject Three" brought youthful energy to life, showcasing the graceful and mesmerizing moves of our female colleagues, exuding both charm and charisma. Adding an electrifying touch was the male singing sensation's soul-stirring performance of "Dancing with Your Ghost," whose powerful, resonant voice seemed to resonate deep within the soul, beautifully embodying the idea of "dancing with one’s innermost spirit." And to cap off the evening, the male singer delivered a breathtakingly emotive "Dragon Roar," a sound that truly shook the heart and soul. Complementing him, our female singing diva captivated the audience with her ethereal "Phoenix Cry," a delicate yet profound melody that gently called out to everyone, offering heartfelt wishes for a prosperous new year—may we all enjoy "favorable weather, bountiful harvests, and peace and prosperity for our nation and people!"

Afterward, everyone took their seats in an orderly manner and thoroughly enjoyed the evening’s sumptuous banquet—naturally leading to lively toasts, clinking glasses, and joyful exchanges! During the dinner, to energize the atmosphere of the annual gathering, we held a live raffle. Guests were brimming with excitement, eagerly anticipating their good fortune—and indeed, many left feeling lucky and well rewarded! As the golden dragon symbolized prosperity, tonight’s luck seemed to particularly favor colleagues whose names included the character “dragon”—a true sign of divine blessings and perfect harmony!

"There's no banquet that doesn't come to an end—time flies, and as the annual gala draws to a close, our Deputy General Manager, Mr. Hu, joins forces with his beloved son to passionately perform the song 'Country.' Their heartfelt rendition leaves us deeply moved, reminding us that only with a strong nation can families thrive. After all, a harmonious and prosperous family is essential to the nation's well-being, while the nation’s prosperity, in turn, relies on the unity and strength of every loving home."

Finally, we wrapped up tonight’s grand annual gala with the song “Tomorrow Will Be Better.” As colleagues cherished the wonderful moments shared, they dispersed, bringing a perfect close to this year’s festive event!
