[First Encounter: Baoshan] Our journey began in Shenzhen, with our first stop leading us straight to Baoshan, Yunnan. Here, we indulged in a sumptuous Peacock Feast, immersing ourselves in the rich local culture and flavors that define this region. Baoshan’s delectable cuisine and breathtaking scenery are just the opening act—real adventures await every traveler ready to explore. Afterward, we checked into the Green Orient Hotel in Tengchong, where comfort and tranquility became the perfect companions for the rest of our trip. [Unveiling Tengchong] Our second leg took us deep into the mystical heart of Tengchong. At the Volcano Park, the awe-inspiring vistas of Da Kongshan and Xiao Kongshan left us utterly spellbound. Next, we soaked in the steaming waters of the Rehai Grand Hot Pot, marveling at nature’s extraordinary artistry. Finally, we wandered through the charming streets of Heshun Ancient Town, stepping onto its time-worn cobblestones to soak in the town’s timeless charm and serene atmosphere. And of course, no visit would be complete without savoring the authentic “Da Jiujia” delicacies—a must-try highlight of any culinary adventure here!

[Memory of the War of Resistance] For our third stop, we arrived at the Dianxi Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall. Here, every artifact and each photograph tells the story of those turbulent, war-torn years. Everyone stood quietly, listening intently and deeply feeling the weight—and profound reverence—of the nation’s indomitable spirit. Reflecting on those fiery, tumultuous times, we couldn’t help but be moved by the bravery and self-sacrifice of our ancestors. Afterward, we headed to Beihai Wetland Park. Walking along the wooden boardwalks, surrounded by lush greenery floating gently on the water, with distant mountains forming a breathtaking natural backdrop—each of us was completely immersed in this harmonious and picturesque masterpiece of nature. Here, we savored the gifts of the great outdoors, truly appreciating the serene beauty and peaceful balance that nature so generously offers.

[Spring City Stroll] Our final stop took us to Kunming Old Street. The quaint, time-worn streets seem to whisper the stories of yesteryear, and everyone here eagerly soaked in the city’s historical heartbeat. Here, you’ll find both ancient architecture and trendy boutiques—where old meets new in a uniquely charming blend. After wandering around, why not pause to savor a cup of Yunnan’s famous Pu'er tea, letting the pace of life slow down just for a moment? Filled with cherished memories and a touch of reluctance, we began our journey home, returning to the warmth of our Shenzhen haven.
