Multi-turn electric actuator is an actuator with an output angle greater than 360°.Suitable for use in explosion-proof/non-explosion-proof environments It is suitable for multi-turn motion or linear motion valves, such as gate valve, stop valve, regulating valve and other similar valves.

Features
- The field-operated switch adopts a non-through magnetic switch design and is controlled by a Hall switch acting inside the actuator.
- The intelligent electric actuator uses high performance microprocessor to collect the operation information such as valve position and torque in real time, and reflect the running state of the actuator,
- Using a 24-bit multi-loop photoelectric absolute encoder, enabling position recording of no less than 1024 rpm, minimum resolution less than 0.1% (minimum resolution of MTM is 5°),
- An ergonomically designed clutch handle is used to switch to the manual mode in the case of emergency or adjustment.
- The adoption of high-strength alloy steel worm and high wear-resistant characte_x0002_ristics worm gear made of copper alloy. for each pair of worm gear & worm are tested to ensure maximum transmission torque efficiency after the installation.
- The intelligent type actuator is able to provide different remote control based on different application requirements.
